Shape House is a movement, a crusade of sorts, which grew out of our desire to contribute to wellness. It’s a lifelong commitment to going to bed knowing that what we did today made a difference in someone’s life. Or many someones.
Shape House was born on September 21st, International Day of Peace, with good reason. We really believe that the more people sweat, the more people are at peace.
That is the wind beneath our wings.
What we actually do is make you sweat, in the smartest, quickest, most affordable, and most comfortable way you can. Yep. That is what we do. We make you sweat.
We make you sweat because we want you to know how good it feels. We want you to know how clear your mind gets. How deep your sleep goes. How easily your weight melts.
We are open every day. We open early, and we close late, so that you can fit it in as easily as possible.
We know that sweating is about more than just us, and it’s even about more than you. When you sweat, you are a better driver, a better parent, a better friend. You have more energy, you feel better in your body. You can be your best self. Maybe you go on to fix something or cure something or invent something that makes a world of difference to others because of that.
That is how highly we think of sweating.
We know. It’s probably not how you think of sweating.
That’s why we are sharing. So that the next time you sweat, you can think bigger. Transform. Heal. Imagine your next adventure.
Shape House was founded by entrepreneur, optimist, and sweat activist Sophie Chiche and investor, idea generator, and marketing guru Craig Winner. Gay and Katie Hendricks, luminaries in the world of self-help, and authors of hundreds of books, joined them midway.
Shape House is not a fly by night idea. It was born of the passion of a group of people that have devoted their lives to finding ways to live in a way that works better. People devoted to being happy themselves and doing all the darn work it takes to get there. When they discovered that sweating was a holistic way to improve physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellness, all in one hour, while watching a show, it was so exciting that they simply had to gather and create a place to share what they had found. That place is Shape House.
